Because of situations, we could not control, we needed to start our adventure the first week in March, instead of waiting until the first or second week in April. We had very wet weather throughout March and April, consisting mostly of light to heavy sprinkles 5 to 7 days a week. Also, during that period, almost all hotels and eating establishments were closed because of Covid, so finding places to sleep and eat became a real challenge.
